Full terms and conditions can be viewed by clicking HERE. All sales are final and a 13% buyer's premium will be added to your auction total. Acceptable forms of payment are credit or debit cards. Invoices and payments are processed at the close of each auction. Payments that do not process are subject to an additional processing fee of 2%. By bidding on an auction, you agree that you are entering into a agreement to purchase. We make all efforts to correctly report the condition and descriptions of items being auctioned. We strongly suggest bidders view items at auction preview dates and times. Dates and times for picking up auctions items are scheduled in advance, fixed and are not flexible. Should you bid on a item or items, please be prepared to attend the auction pickup on the day and time scheduled. No refunds will be granted for items not picked up during the scheduled pickup window. Items not picked up or left behind shall be considered forfeited and or abandoned and subject to a minimum disposal fee $15.00 up to $40.00 and fee will be charged to the card on file. Winning bidders who have items picked up by a third party agree that the third party is a representative of the winning bidder and therefore the winning bidder is liable in and subject to any incurred fee. All auction day announcements take precedence over any previously printed material or any other oral statements made.
